ExamPulse Pro is a digital subscription delivered instantly on payment. Because access is provisioned the moment your payment succeeds, refunds are limited as set out below.
1. 24-hour grace window (first purchase only)
If you purchase Pro for the first time and find within 24 hours of paymentthat the Service isn't what you expected, you may request a full refund. After 24 hours, or for renewals / re-purchases, refunds are not available.
2. Service-failure refunds
If the Service is materially unavailable due to our fault, we will:
- Extend your active subscription by the duration of the outage, or
- At our discretion, refund a pro-rated portion of the affected period.
“Material unavailability” means the website or the Telegram bot is unreachable for more than 24 continuous hours for reasons within our control. Third-party outages (Razorpay, Telegram, Neon, Vercel, Twilio) are out of our control and don't qualify, though we'll do our best to mitigate.
3. What is NOT refundable
- Subscription renewals after the initial 24-hour window.
- Partial-period refunds after you've used Pro features (received Telegram alerts, used
/fill,/admitor/statuscommands). - Refunds requested because an exam board changed dates, cancelled exams, or your application was rejected.
- Refunds requested because you missed a deadline despite a delivered alert.
4. How to request a refund
Reach out via /contact within the eligible window. Include:
- The phone number associated with your account.
- The Razorpay payment ID (visible in your dashboard receipt or our confirmation Telegram message).
- A short reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment instrument via Razorpay and typically reach you within 5-7 business days.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — almost every dispute can be resolved faster through our refund process. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is pending.
6. Cancelling future renewals
Pro plans on ExamPulse do not auto-renew. You won't be charged again unless you explicitly purchase another period. There's no “cancellation” step — your Pro access simply lapses at the end of the period.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via the Telegram bot.
