Welcome to ExamPulse (the “Service”), operated from India. By creating an account or using any part of the Service (including the website at exampulse.co and the Telegram bot @ExamPulseBot), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What ExamPulse does
ExamPulse aggregates publicly-available SSC and Railway recruitment notifications and surfaces them on our website and through Telegram. Pro subscribers additionally receive personalised push alerts and on-demand bot commands. We do not apply for exams on your behalf, do not log into any government portal as you, and do not collect or store your candidate registration credentials.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to subscribe to a paid plan. Free use is open to anyone old enough to use Telegram per its own terms.
3. Accounts & security
- Your account is identified by your phone number; sign-in is via SMS OTP.
- Don't share your account or your Telegram-link deep-link token with others.
- You're responsible for the activity on your account. Tell us within 24 hours if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
- Pro plans (₹99/month, ₹599/year) are billed in advance via Razorpay.
- Plans do not auto-renew. You must purchase again at the end of each period to continue Pro access.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest content from the Service.
- Use the Service to spam, defraud, or harm others.
- Resell access or share Pro access with others outside your household.
- Use automated scripts against the website or bot beyond ordinary single-user activity.
6. Accuracy & reliance
We do our best to surface official notifications quickly and accurately, but exam boards (SSC, RRB) may change, delay or withdraw notices without warning. You must verify every important date, deadline and document requirement directly on the official portal linked from each notification. We accept no liability for any decision you make in reliance on the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The ExamPulse brand, logo, website design and software are our property. Notification content surfaced from third-party government portals belongs to those bodies. You may share individual links and screenshots for non-commercial purposes; you may not republish the aggregated feed.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that alerts will be delivered within a particular time, that the website will be available 24/7, or that the Service is free of errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via /contact. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot or the website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
